I graduated from Vanderbilt in 2023 with a degree in economics and computer science. During college, the COVID-19 pandemic sparked my fascination with how global central banks intervened to stabilize markets. Since then, I have become interested in macro finance and the role of public debt in shaping markets and policy.

In particular, I have been intrigued by how the public sector has absorbed private debt burdens since the 2008 financial crisis and I remain interested in the long-term sustainability of quantitative easing (QE). Growing deficits, inflation, and asset bubbles are central concerns in this context.

I started this blog to explore topics such as currency crises, the evolving role of the U.S. dollar in global trade, public debt sustainability, and long-term market dynamics.

This site is a place for me to share my learning journey and develop my thinking. I enjoy developing non-consensus views on markets and using economics as a lens through which to better understand the world.

Views are my own and do not represent my employer.
